My name is Patty Marco, and I am a patient. My reason for my first appointment here was to meet Dr. Diego Hurtado and have him assess a tooth that needed pulling and needed to have an implant done. He explained the procedure completely. It involved several appointments, but it was very well explained, not scary, not threatening, very comfortable and very informative. It just was a project that needed to get taken care of and I feel comfortable that it's going to be taken care of and done right.
The most important issue for me with dentists and doctors is that I'm comfortable, that I'm not afraid, that the staff is friendly, the doctor is friendly, everything is explained to me, and that I'm kept very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly. The office is really beautiful and really up-to-the-minute, you can tell, with the equipment, and Dr. Hurtado is such a personable and nice guy, never in a rush and always explains things, always is friendly, and it's really nice coming to see him. I don't dread my appointments.
I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Hurtado was recommended to me by my dentist, and he told me that I would really like Dr. Hurtado, and I certainly do. So, I would highly recommend him, his staff, how thorough and comfortable it is to see Dr. Hurtado.
